Level 3 Diploma in Law
Course Overview
The aim of the Level 3 Diploma in Law is to provide learners with an introduction to law and the legal system (English and Jamaican)as well as key academic, research, and communication skills to support learners in their development.
This qualification is intended to support your progression to higher education; the basic skills, learning and understanding that you will gain would be of use in various job roles in a legal firm, such as legal secretary or administrator etc.

Entry requirements
For entry onto the Level 3 Diploma in Law qualification, learners must possess:
- Relevant Level 2 Award/Diploma or at the level of GCE/GCSE/CXC or equivalent
Delivery:
The qualification is delivered via Instructor-Led live presentations and tutorials to guide your online distance learning.
Assessment and verification
THERE ARE NO EXAMS! To achieve a ‘pass’ for a unit, learners must provide evidence to demonstrate that they have fulfilled all the learning outcomes and meet the standards specified by all assessment criteria. Judgement that the learners have successfully fulfilled the assessment criteria is made by the Assessor.
